Three Sixty Pharmacy, a newly opened chain drugstore in Cebu is currently giving away personal accident insurance for free!. For PHp 2,000 only (accumulated receipts) you get insured already.
Insurance provider is PhilCharter Insurance and a customer is entitled to two(2) insurance under their own names.
Please note that No cross posting of receipts is allowed, meaning, receipts should be only coming from one particular branch.
